Baby Bliss Israel – Terms of Service & Gift/Exchange Policy

Welcome to Baby Bliss! By shopping with us or using our services, you agree to the following:

1. Purchases & Orders

  • All prices are listed in USD ($). For payments in NIS, a fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = 3.5 NIS applies for purchases, returns, and exchanges.

  • Payment is required once an order is confirmed.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Items missing tags, or that are damaged or soiled, cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

  • If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo so we can resolve it.

  • Returns within 3 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

  • Returns after 3 days but within 14 days will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another item.

  • After 14 days, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Gift Cards & Gifts

  • Gift cards never expire.

  • Gift cards cannot be used on sale or clearance items; the full price of the item will be charged when using a gift card.

  • Gift items follow the same return/exchange rules as regular purchases.

4. Sale & Clearance Items

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Product Availability

  • We do our best to keep items in stock, but some items may sell out.

  • If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Baby Bliss is not responsible for indirect damages or losses related to your purchase.

  • We strive for perfection, but cannot guarantee that every product meets every individual expectation.
